Privately, Rafał finds balance in family life. His two daughters keep him grounded and remind him of what’s most important. He enjoys spending hisfree time actively with them, and recharges through music, books, sailing, travel, and a good cup of coffee – the simple things which bring him energy and inspiration.

A graduate of law from the Jagiellonian Universityin Kraków, he also completed postgraduate studies in business law at the Krakow University of Economics. This legal and business perspective gives him a solid foundation for navigating both strategy and operations.
