Server log files

For the purpose of monitoring the technical operation and increasing the operational security of our web host, connection data is processed. The duration of processing is limited to 7 days.

The legal basis for the data processing is our legitimate interest (the indispensable technical necessity of a server log file as a fundamental data basis for error analysis and security measures within the scope of the “website” service you explicitly requested by accessing it) pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact form

Our website offers the option of contacting us directly via a contact form. There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide the personal data. Failure to provide it merely means that you cannot submit your request and that we cannot process it.

Web fonts (Google Fonts)

Together with our processor Google Fonts, Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, we process connection data and browser data for the purpose of providing the fonts required by the web browser to display the website. This data is processed only for the duration required to select and transmit the fonts. The legal basis for the data processing is our legitimate interest (the indispensable technical necessity of providing and delivering the “website” service you explicitly requested by accessing it) pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Right to object

Where the processing of your personal data is based on legitimate interest, you have the right to object to this processing. Unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing on our part, the processing of your data on this legal basis will be discontinued.

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. In the event of an objection, your personal data will no longer be processed for direct marketing purposes. The lawfulness of the data processed up to the objection is not affected by the objection.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw consent already given at any time. In the case of consent to receiving electronic advertising, withdrawal can be carried out by clicking the unsubscribe link. In this case, processing will be discontinued unless another legal basis exists. The lawfulness of the data processed up to the withdrawal is not affected by the withdrawal.

Your rights as a data subject

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of your personal data. Insofar as the legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent or a contract concluded with you, you also have the right to data portability. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

We store your personal data for as long as this is necessary for the decision on your application; application documents are deleted no later than six months after the end of the application process, unless longer storage is legally required or permitted. If an employment relationship is established, the data is transferred to the personnel file insofar as necessary and permitted.
