Before entering the world of business services, Béla was a professional athlete for over ten years. That background shaped his mindset: disciplined, focused, and always striving for excellence. Today, he finds energy and balance in long-distance triathlon races — pushing limits, both professionally and personally.

A qualified ACCA professional and registered taxadvisor, he also holds an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School in London. He shares his passion for developing new ideas, especially with the next generation, as an honorary associate professor at Budapest Business University.

Founder, CEO and Partner at BPiON, a regional provider of tech-driven accounting, payroll, and HR services. With nearly two decades of experience leading international teams and operations, he splits his time between the company’s offices in Warsaw, Budapest, Bucharest, and Lviv. Before founding BPiON in 2018, Béla held senior roles in international outsourcing firms, where he led multi-country teams and managed complex operations across the CEE region. He was deeply involved in growing UCMS Group and later in its integration into TMF Group — an experience that allowed him to understand the complexity of regional markets and the expectations of global clients, combined with his thorough local market knowledge.
