I'm a qualified Tax Practitioner with expertise in Taxation, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Legal Operations, paired with a passion for business strategy, growth, and leadership. After obtaining my BAcc LLB from Stellenbosch University, I've built a career at the intersection of law, finance, and commercial advisory. Beyond technical excellence, I lead with purpose: building strong teams, empowering people to reach their potential, and driving smart business decisions. I received my BAccLLB from Stellenbosch University and later obtained my MCom in Taxation at the University of Cape Town. Complementing my formal education, I actively expand my expertise through professional certifications. I have successfully obtained the IBFD Advanced Professional Certificate in Transfer Pricing and am currently progressing towards achieving a UAE Corporate Tax Diploma.

I'm a Chartered Tax Adviser and the Managing Partner of AJM. My expertise lies in deal advisory, mergers & acquisitions, and employee ownership plans. Additionally, I hold the role of Director at Impala, and House of Growth Accounting. Before my tenure at AJM, I worked as a Tax Consultant on PwC's Corporate and International Tax Team. Subsequently, I held the position of Commercial & Legal Manager at Imperial Logistics, where I managed M&A activities across Africa. Thereafter, I am honoured to have served as the Secretary-General for the South African branch of the Fiscal Association until 2025
