Irena Damianou

In her current role as Chief Operating Officer, Irena Damianou holds a Master’s Degree in E-business and a Bachelor’s Degree in BA Honours Marketing and Management, both earned from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in 2013.

Since 2017, Irena has played a crucial role in Eurofast’s growth, leveraging her extensive career experience. Before joining Eurofast, Irena showcased her commitment to social impact as the Vice President of External Relationships in a UK-based youth-led non-profit organization. Irena has exhibited entrepreneurial prowess as the Managing Director and co-owner of Debbie’s Cookies bakery in Cyprus since 2014. Beyond her professional achievements, Irena adds a personal touch to her journey. A dedicated dog lover, she reflects a compassionate side. Recognized for her exceptional attention to detail, Irena adeptly navigates the intricacies of her roles. Her passion for exploration extends beyond the boardroom, as evidenced by her travels to Eurofast offices across the Southeast Europe and Middle East (SEEME) region. These journeys serve a dual purpose-strengthening relationships among Eurofast’s diverse team members and fostering a collaborative environment.
