Dajana embarked on her Eurofast journey in 2012, assuming the role of Regional Executive for Bosnia, Croatia, and Slovenia. Over the years, her leadership has evolved, and she now guides a diverse team comprising Accountants, HR & Payroll Experts, and Tax Professionals. Tasked with implementing operational practices in Banja Luka, Sarajevo, Zagreb, and Ljubljana, Dajana seamlessly aligns these with strategic objectives in the region. Armed with a degree in Economics with a specialization in Business and Entrepreneurship, she also holds a Master’s degree from Frederick University Nicosia in Cyprus. Dajana’s professional repertoire spans over 15 years, covering business development, M&A, marketing, HR, and a range of financial services, including tax, accounting, and payroll. In her extensive career, Dajana has played a pivotal role in diverse projects related to foreign investments, EU funds, business plans, and various marketing initiatives across Bosnia, Croatia, and Serbia. Her contributions extend beyond the boardroom, as she has authored numerous articles in international publications and has been a featured speaker at seminars, particularly focusing on tax-related issues and regional investments. Fluent in Serbian, English, and Greek, Dajana’s linguistic versatility mirrors her ability to navigate diverse professional landscapes.
