Nikoletta Kynourgiopoulou

Nikoletta is an energetic professional, leveraging her business background to achieve high standards of performance in dynamic, multi-functional environments where communication and managerial skills are crucial. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Master’s Degree in Management and Organization.

Having joined Eurofast in December 2015, Nikoletta brings extensive experience in financial analysis, management accounting, financial and credit controls, HR records, and payroll calculations.

As of June 2025, Nikoletta serves as the Head of Payroll & EOR at Eurofast, a role that reflects her comprehensive expertise and leadership across both domains. She oversees all EOR projects and payroll operations, ensuring compliance with employment and tax laws, while staying current with changes in labor legislation, insurance, and tax regulations.

Her responsibilities include managing employee payroll records, reviewing and approving updates related to exemptions, insurance coverage, and deductions, and ensuring the delivery of all services in line with contractual obligations and quality standards. Based in Eurofast Athens, Nikoletta continues to drive operational excellence while maintaining a client-centric approach.
