Education

- Graduated in Economics at the Bocconi University – Milan, 1988. - Master in Tax Law, Bocconi University - Milan, 1992.

Experience

Federico Baridon has more than 30 years of experience in advising multinational clients in respect of Italian Tax matters. Federico Baridon has gained a large experience in connection with international and domestic acquisitions, financing and restructuring. He was Tax Partner of the Italian CMS Law Firm in Italy from 2007 to 2020 and the Head of Deloitte of the Italian Indirect Tax Practice from 1994 to 2007. Federico assists numerous national and multinational groups in the financial, lifesciences, real estate, hotels & leisure industries. Federico Baridon is native speaker Italian/ French, he is also fluent in Spanish and English.
