Stéphane Bernard-Migeon

Graduating in 1998, Stéphane Bernard Migeon joined Crowe Fidelio, where he was appointed Partner in 2001. Over the following years, he developed extensive expertise in accounting and consulting, before being appointed Managing Director in 2006 and CEO of Crowe Fidelio at the end of 2011.

Since 2025, Stéphane has also served as CEO of Crowe France, where he oversees the development and strategic direction of the French network.

Throughout his career, Stéphane has developed extensive expertise in the design and implementation of corporate reporting systems, as well as in their ongoing operation and optimization. He has advised numerous international clients establishing and developing their operations in France, providing support across legal, tax, regulatory and broader business matters.

His client experience spans a wide range of organizations, from privately owned small and medium-sized businesses to large multinational and publicly listed corporations, as well as private equity groups.

Stéphane has particular expertise in the reporting requirements and practices of Anglo-Saxon groups, with significant experience in the luxury goods, services and property development sectors. More broadly, he advises business leaders and international groups on their development, organization and operations in France.

Through his roles at Crowe Fidelio and Crowe France, Stéphane combines hands-on technical expertise with a strong understanding of the strategic and operational challenges faced by companies in an increasingly international and complex business environment.
