Angela Rosca

Angela holds an MA Degree in International Business and Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest (1996) and an MBA Degree from the Institute for Business and Public Administration at the University of Washington, Seattle, USA (2001).

Angela is a member of the Board of Romanian Business Leaders, the largest business community of Romanian entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs, as well as an YPO member.

Angela is a certified tax consultant authorised by the Chamber of Tax Consultants, speaker to numerous conferences and seminars on taxation matters, leader of the taxation task force of the Romanian Business Leaders and an active member of the taxation working groups of the Foreign Investors Council and AmCham in Romania. She represents the business environment in the permanent dialogue with the Governments and the Parliament as leader of the RBL taxation task force and Amcham’s dedicated tax working group, as well as an active member of ROPEA, the Romanian Private Equity Association, promoting the interests of the Romanian private equity and venture capital industry.

Working with multinationals, large local or regional firms, as well as with Romanian entrepreneurs, she provides structuring and transactional direct and indirect tax advice on the full range of corporate tax activities and complex transactions, including M&A, reorganisations, assistance for high net worth individuals, etc., for clients in various industries such as investment funds, infrastructure, FMCG, banks and leasing companies, pharma and real estate, global banks active on the Romanian capital market, etc.
